Before attending site we like to arrange a call with a member of our HR team so you can ask any questions about the role and us. If you still want to join the team after this a face-to-face interview will be arranged. If you need any support or adjustments to enable you to attend, please don’t hesitate to ask.
We aim to get the best out of you during the recruitment process, so whilst we have an interview process we aim to make this as informal as possible. We understand you are also interviewing us as part of the process.
The interview will cover areas such as your experiences and qualifications and may ask some technical questions depending on the position you are applying for. We are also interested in what your career aspirations are and how we can support you to achieve these.
Just proof of your right to work in the UK (e.g. your passport, a copy of your visa, your NI number and full birth certificate) and if you have any questions you would like to ask about the role and Millgate.
The line manager or a member of the HR team will usually contact you if you are successful by phone. This will be followed up with a formal offer email. We will not contact your references until you have confirmed you have accepted the role.
